Vision
The vision of the Department of Business Administration at North Western University is to produce good potential graduates, post graduates and executives who will be able to contribute to national and global development.
Mission
To provide management education in order to prepare business leaders who will be capable of facing the present economic challenges resulted from globalization of business and playing instrumental role for accelerating the economic growth of Bangladesh. Hence, they will be able to take responsibilities, to face challenges, and to lead people and organizations through teaching, training, counseling, and mentoring.
