Message From The Chairman

It is a great honor to address you as one of the visionary founders of North Western University (NWU), an institution dedicated to shaping capable, innovative, and skilled leaders for both the public and private sectors of our nation. Following this noble mission, NWU embarked on its remarkable journey as the first UGC-approved private university in Khulna, commencing in the Spring-2013 semester with 440 students, under the banner of "Committed to World Class Education".

Today, NWU proudly serves nearly 3,000 students. supported by 70 full-time faculty members, approximately 50 adjunct faculty members, and over 100 dedicated administrative staff. Their relentless commitment, hard work, and passion drive the continued progress of the university. It is with immense pride that we celebrate NWU's 12th year of excellence and achievements.

Since 2013, numerous NWU graduates have pursued higher education at esteemed universities abroad and have made significant contributions in their respective fields through creativity, integrity, and professional excellence. As a leading private university in southwestern Bangladesh, our journey has been marked not only by notable successes but also by challenges and uncertainties.

Together with our dedicated academic and administrative teams, I am confident that we will continue the tradition of striving for continuous improvement. I firmly believe NWU will play a pivotal role in the growth and advancement of higher education in the southwestern region and stand as a proud institution, nurturing the next generation of patriotic scholars.
